My wife and I were in the back seat and could not hear the questions that the lady next to the driver/tour guide was asking, the tour guide assumed the 3 people in the back could hear and never made sure we could, so, my wife and I felt left out of most of the conversations on the 50 minute drive to our destination. Food for thought… make sure the tour guide doesn’t have “private” conversations with the person sitting next to him and leave the passengers in the backseats out of the conversations. 2. “I was confused about the ticket I bought. It said I had entrance to the castle and museums and the funicular down….but I was not aware that i could take the funicular UP! So I hiked up the hill to the castle. I suppose I should have checked before I took the hike - I learned that day. So my advice is to just check at the funicular station first to see if the ticket will work or not. Other than that, the castle is beautiful and the views are breathtaking….I highly recommend it. There is also a puppet museum, a cafe, and a wine bar.”

Great trip, Great Guide! we thought we'd have a hard time as we are older. however, it rejuvenated us! the sights were beautiful. the cave is not difficult. there are stops for explanation along the way...giving time to catch your breath. Lake Bled boat ride was gorgeous, calming and fun. we saw a wedding on the island. Predjama castle we opted not to do since we had seen so many castles , and didn't want to tackle…”

“The company just cancelled this journey the day before due to their condition. There was no time to find alternative and this cancellation ruined our joinery. (I sent the message and they ignored) This was quite unfair, we customer cannot cancel the trip within 24 hrs but this company just sent one message and run away. I never recommend this company who is incapable to deal with the unexpected event.”
